ABOUT ABOUT

On Tuesday, June 4, 2019, from 1 pm - 4 pm, Cooks Who Care is hosting a first-of-its-kind Industry Wellness Expo Block Party at the South Jazz Kitchen, located on Philadelphia’s vibrant Avenue of the Arts North. This event, called “Break on Through to Wellness”, is an exclusive event for anyone working in the food industry who’s interested in gaining a better understanding of what “better for you” means.  The afternoon’s schedule includes food & exercise demos, breakout sessions with financial advisors and a presentation by celebrity Chef/Artist/Author Elizabeth Falkner.

Join us for an afternoon of exercise & food demos that will help you get a better understanding of what “better for you” means and how you can make it happen in your life. Meet local health-focused industry pros who care about your personal, professional & financial well-being. Breakout sessions will include workouts, introductions to meditation & yoga and a special Jungshin sword fitness demonstration led by Chef Elizabeth Falkner.
